Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR) was developed to bridge the price-performance gap between FKM/FVMQ and NBR. Compared to NBR, HNBR has better oil resistance, temperature properties and strength.
· Excellent media resistance
· Excellent heat and oxidation stability
· High mechanical strength
· Improved wear resistance
· Good in (ultra-pure) water and steam
· Temperature range from –30 °C to +160 °C
FKMs or fluoroelastomers, are a family of elastomers with resistance to a broad range of chemicals combined with very good high temperature properties. Specialty types with differing monomer compositions and fluorine content are tailored for superior fluid resistance, low and high temperature performance, and combinations thereof. Simon Industry Corp. have more high performence FKM rubber than others, like Viton (Trade Mark).
· Excellent temperature resistance
· High chemical stability
· Good weather, aging and oxygen stability
· Excellent resistance in mineral oils and fats
· Low gas permeability
· Very good resistance in non-polar media
· Temperature range from –50 °C to +250 °C
ACM and Eethylene acrylic elastomers (AEM) are both heat and fluid resistant for flexible applications. Products range from hoses and dampers to seals and gaskets. AEM has good compression set resistance, but poor resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, strong acids and bases. Simon FKM rubber compounds have ultimate solutions for you.
· Good oil and chemical resistance
· High temperature resistance
· Good compression set resistance
· Good low temperature flexibility
· High-temperature durability
· Good low temperature flexibility
Rubber screen media, used in screening and classification processes in various industries, offers several benefits over traditional metal or polyurethane screen media. Here are the key advantages:

· Noise Reduction
· Flexibility and Customization
· Corrosion Resistance
· Reduced Blinding and Pegging
· Improved Screening Efficiency
· Reduced Energy Consumption
· Ease of Installation and Replacement
Rubber liners for mills are commonly used in various types of grinding mills, such as ball mills, rod mills, and autogenous mills, to protect the mill shell and enhance the efficiency of the milling process. Here are some key aspects of rubber liners:
· Wear Resistance
· Noise Reduction
· Improved Grinding Efficiency
· Corrosion Resistance
· Reduced Weight
· Better Impact Resistance
· Reduced Energy Consumption
· Ease of Installation and Replacement
